C60 Oil and Sports Performance, Endurance & Recovery

Can C60 Oil Improve Sports Performance, Improve Endurance and Speed Up Recovery?

With so many products on the market these days claiming to enhance sports performance, it can be a mine field out there for those looking to make important gains in their training.  C60 Olive oil is a new product gaining interest and momentum in the sports arena for both sports performance, endurance and recovery for both amateurs and professionals alike.

During every day life our cells continuously produce free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) as part of metabolic processes, during exercise even more these by products are produced. These free radicals are neutralized by an elaborate antioxidant defense system consisting of enzymes such as catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and numerous non-enzymatic antioxidants, including vitamins A, E and C, glutathione, ubiquinone, and flavonoids. What we are finding through are feedback from clients and people around the World in the C60 community is that C 60 Olive Oil is doing something rather unique. Exercise can produce an imbalance between ROS and antioxidants, which is referred to as oxidative stress and due to C60's unique ability to both donate and accept an electron, it appears it can mop up ROS and rebalance these metabolic processes enabling athletes of all abilities to train faster, harder and for longer and recover more effectively in shorter time.
Whilst there is still no published papers on C60 and sports performance, I can personally say that C60 has helped me lift heavier weights (230 pound Glute Bridge from 120 pounds in 6 months) and recover more effectively after heavy weight sessions and after endurance events on my bike.  I can also report reduced injury from an increased workout schedule (6 days a week) and old injuries no longer causing issues  (fatty necrosis on left Vastus Medialis had always caused pain on endurance rides). And then there is the 16.5% body fat reading I recorded last week, which is down 7% since May. I equate this to being able to train harder and more frequently because of the C60 as nothing else has changed.
  
I reached out and asked the C60 community what benefits they had felt from using C60 Oil and their Sporting activities and here is what they had to say:

I am a 51 year old runner, triathlete and on and off road cyclist.  I try to maintain my fitness with regular runs about 20-30 miles/wk, pilates, swimming, 1 - 2 gym sessions and cycle whenever possible. I am a mother to 3 teenage boys, run a house and partner as well as an active physical profession as a soft tissue therapist. I love endurance events from half iron man, ultra distance events up to 65 miles and mountain marathon weekend events.
Managing to balance, work, training, family and being self employed uses all my resources. At the beginning of the year I had started to feel as though I was always tired and needing to sleep. A friend recommended I tried C60 and after researching the benefits I started to take C60 orally on a daily basis about 6 months ago. Since then I have found that my recovery time, from training and events has improved. Injuries that used to trouble me, still niggle, but don’t become worse during training or after events.

I have not changed anything other than the C60 so I can only believe that it has contributed to my increased resilience and tolerance of strenuous activity.
  

I find C60 easy to take, the olive oil suspension is tasty alone or can easily be added to a salad if you don’t like it neat.  I've experimented with applying C60 on strains and sprains and think to has some additional benefits when used topically on stressed soft tissues. I have yet to experiment on using it as a massage medium, but maybe this could be incorporated into my treatments topically.
I have no qualms in recommending C60, I believe it is safe, performance and life enhancing.  I will continue to take C60 as part of my regular diet.



I am a Swiss Ultra Runner and have to say that I have done well again! The Swiss Irontrail I tipped a whole bottle of C60 the next day (afternoon / evening if I remember correctly). This time (did LG Trail - 110 km) I started taking C60 the night after the race, so on a semi-fast stomach and about 12 hours earlier than after the Irontrail race. All in all it was about half a bottle which I took during the night and on Sunday. Today, two days after the race I can state: I do not have any soreness! Zero! The feet do not hurt anymore and I'm fully mobile again. And although I have run longer, faster and further 🙂 Another progress for C60. - F.A., Lachen, Switzerland


C60 gives me energy for my days and my swim workouts and races. I notice more “juice” to push for speed and endurance. This summer I had a PR in a two mile open water race for which I had been aspiring for several years. I also notice better mental focus for studying after work hours. It’s delightful to have energy and enthusiasm for my other interests outside work and swimming. I need to remind myself to get some rest because I’m usually having lots of fun. I give a drop or two daily to my 20 year old black cat, Geordie. His “old kitty constipation” started “moving” again, and he has become annoyingly feisty and hungry (this is a good sign!) despite having lived with managed chronic kidney failure for the past 3 years.


I’m a national level tennis player in my age, and the last 15 years I was only able to play with contacts. For movies I had to wear glasses. None of this is needed anymore.

 In addition my recovery time after tennis matches (or rough yoga sessions for that matter) has improved so significantly, it’s almost not describable.

Four weeks ago I was diagnosed with Lymes disease which was found 2.5 months after the lyme causing event. That is typically too late to get rid of the disease. I had to take antibiotics for three weeks (I usually NEVER take any antibiotics or western medicine drugs! However, in this case it was the right thing to do.).

Doctor told me I would feel really sick and likely throw up and deal with stomach ache, be extremely fatigue etc. GUESS WHAT? I continued to play 3 hour long tennis matches in 95 degrees, I felt great the whole time despite the heavy antiobiotics. Now I got rid of the Lymes disease. THE VERY OBVIOUS OBSERVATION IS THAT THE ANTIOBIOTICS DID THEIR JOB WHILE THE C60 WAS PREVENTING ANY NOTICEABLE SIDE EFFECTS (yes I live a healthy life, so that helps too...but!!), and I had the full reserves to push through this time nicely and be done with this pretty horrific disease in no time. C60 is absolutely amazing.

We also have a friend who almost died after many years of heavy MS and from that resulting other issues. Guess where she ended up three months after taking C60 (before almost dead, in a wheel chair, not even able to hold a coffee cup): she is all up again and even treats patients again as a physical and massage therapist. Miracle..yeah indeed.

I do know that C60 also works on energetic levels which most of you may not relate to. But it does most certainly increase the ability to sense, to “see” and to connect with spirit. I can’t prove that, but I’ve been on a spiritual journey for two decades. It accelerates development in that sense.
