My husband and I have been taking C60 from the C60 Co on and off for 3 maybe 4 years. We are both over 55. 
I noticed a difference within a month. My biggest difference was my hangover stomach symptoms had greatly improved.
I no longer felt uncomfortable and wiped out the day after having a few drinks too many. I know that is not a reason to take it but it has made a big difference to me. Not that I drink excessively often. I have generally more energy and feel energised.
After taking the C60, my husbands hair was growing longer. He does very manual intensive work and I am sure that the C60 has helped him to keep going.
These are obvious signs that C60 is working for us. I don't know what C60 will do for you but I hope that it is something obvious.

How To Take C60 Olive Oil

As a leading C60 supplier in the UK and EU, it is important to state that C60 oil is a food and not a medicine.
 
Consumption is down to personal preference and age, weight, height, sex and lifestyle should be considered when using the oils. We recommend you try the taste first before deciding to consume the entire bottle in one go.
  
For people wishing to experience the potential long-term benefits of Carbon 60 Oil, taking one or more teaspoons per day (approx. 5 ml of EVOO and 7.5ml of Coconut), every day, ideally before 6pm, with food may be of benefit. There are about 20 doses in the C60 Company 100 ml and 150ml bottles. Some of our customers who are performance athletes prefer taking an entire 100 ml bottle all at once, one bottle per month. This method provides a noticeable boost in performance for some. 


C60 should not be consumed if you are unwell as it could potentially make you much worse.

C60 should not be consumed if you are pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive.

If you do not like the taste, mix it with your favourite smoothie or make a salad dressing or add to food at the end of cooking. 

Outstanding Quality   

Our Blended C60 Oils are made to the highest standard. We do not use third party manufacturing; we are on hand on oversee every step of the process and ensure it is carried out to the highest standards. All preparation, filtering and bottling is done in extremely low light conditions and all mixing is carried out in the dark for three weeks. We do not make any outlandish claims on using manufacturing processes like sonication of the oil or adding more C60 to the oil, none of which has not been tested scientifically to be beneficial or true.

How is your price determined?
It is our mission to provide the very best, fully saturated Carbon 60 olive oil, delivered quickly, at a fair price. To achieve this goal, we use top quality sublimed Carbon 60 and the best organic oil available, as well as extremely robust packaging and Priority Mail shipment. Maintaining these standards is expensive, but we balance this by running an efficient operation. This keeps costs as low as possible, and allows us to pass those savings along to our customers. .
How fresh is your oil?
Very. We order the oil direct, it is shipped and we use it in production immediately. 
How long will it keep?
When stored properly (kept in a cool, dark place), an unopened bottle of Carbon 60 olive oil has a shelf life of up to two years. Once opened, we recommend using within 30-60 days for maximum quality. To keep the oil's consistency do not store it in the fridge, although Pumpkin Seed Oil could be stored in the fridge during the summer months.
How should I store the oil? Should I keep it in the refrigerator?
To protect the product from degradation, we recommend storing the oil in a place where it is protected from both heat and light, such as a cupboard away from the stove or any other heat generating appliances. Do not refrigerate or freeze. While refrigeration or freezing is harmless, chilling the Olive and Coconut oil to this degree will cause it to congeal in an unappealing way. If this happens, simply bring the oil back to room temperature and it will return to its normal consistency.

What’s the difference between research grade and industrial Carbon 60?
We use an Sublimed, solvent free research grade of Carbon 60 from MTR, otherwise known as biomedical research grade. Solvents (primarily one called Toluene) are used in the manufacturing process of most Carbon 60. However, in research grade Carbon 60 they are completely removed to undetectable levels through further processing (vacuum oven drying, specifically). Industrial grade Carbon 60, which many companies use because it is much cheaper, still contains Toluene or other solvents, as well as potentially dangerous levels of other nano molecules and is unfit for human consumption.

Why are other company’s oils brown or black?
There are many companies in the marketplace that put profit over integrity and the health of their customers by cutting corners. This commonly includes using an inferior, industrial grade Carbon 60 (a lower level of purity that contains dangerous contaminates). We are seeing cheap C60 products on Amazon at prices that it cost us to manufacture. Cheap Chinese C60 is being used in all these cases. Some companies are skipping sterile filtration, using unproven mixing processes, or suspiciously sourced Carbon 60 that may not be what it claims. In the most troubling cases, some are even heating their olive oil to try to dissolve the Carbon 60 faster or get away with using less, destroying the polyphenols in the olive oil, and damaging the product to potentially hazardous levels. 

What does raw Carbon 60 taste like?
Raw Carbon 60 initially has a flavour similar to charcoal, C60 Olive Oil has by a mild peppery taste that lingers for some time. Because our oil is fully saturated, and coupled with the already peppery taste of our high quality extra virgin olive oil, it can be a little intense on more sensitive palates. For this reason, many people choose to take the oil by dipping a bit of bread or drizzling on a salad.

Storage

Pumpkin Seed oil should be kept under 16 degrees and can be stored in the fridge, especially during the warmer months of the year. However, once opened, we recommend using within 30-60 days for maximum quality.
