Returns & Refunds Policy
Do not purchase our oil if you are sick and going to use it as a cure. We are unable to offer return to any purchaser who has not read and understood this website and what C60 Oil is.
We offer return & refund on unopened item(s) for customers who have read both our returns policy and the dosing guidelines. We also offer refund on faulty items to exchange. We charge a 20% restocking on returns, which covers postage and packing costs. Please note, that it is very difficult for us to resell your returned items due to any possible light contamination that may have occurred if you have removed the item from its protective box. Please reconsider the cost to us before you decide to return your goods.
Contact us immediately via email hello@thec60company.com to advise us of your return and/or fault. Simply return the item(s) unused within 7 days of the day of delivery and we will refund the amount charged or arrange a replacement item(s) to be despatched. We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds or exchange will be given on products that have been used or returned after 7 days from the date of delivery. See our Cancellation Policy below for more details.
