I dropped a 20kg Weight on my Big Toe!
I am not one for posting pictures of my Toes, or discussing them, however I want to share with you what happened to me last week.
I was at the gym setting up some equipment for stiff leg deadlifts, when one of the 20kg weights fell from my grip and bounced off the big toe of my left foot.
I winced as the pain filled my big toe. Miraculously, it was not broken and not being one to allow such an incident to hamper my routine, I carried on for another 20 minutes training my legs. When I removed my trainer post exercise i could see some swelling and a lot of pain but as yet no bruising. I returned home within an hour and immediately took H2 Elite Molecular Hydrogen tablet, dissolved in a glass of water. I had a busy schedule that day with meetings in London, so I sucked it up and got on with it, even though it was painful, the pain reduced once I took the H2 Elite. I did not take any conventional painkillers.
When I returned home that evening I took another H2 Elite dissolved in water and put my feet up. The pain went within an hour.
On Saturday morning the bruising had started to appear, but painful only when i pressed the sides of the toe. I went off to hot yoga thinking I would not be able to put weight on it during upward dog asanas. This was not the case at all. The bruising looked bad, but the pain was only upon touch and not when I walked.
On Sunday the light swelling had disappeared. I went cycling and then later that day a long walk. Absolutely no discomfort at all.
Monday and the bruising has all but disappeared.
This seems to be some sort of miracle. In the past I would have been hobbling around for weeks with such an injury.
In answer to the question I asked, I would say a BIG YES, H2 Elite can reduce the damage from Impact Injuries.
I feel that H2 Elite should be in every First Aid kit for incidences like these.
